This is the best middle-of-nowhere, curbside burger joint I have ever been to. The staff is phenomenal and helpful, the burger is hot pressed and seasoned to home style perfection, and the rustic look of the entire establishment puts you right at home. The restaurant at Queen Wilhelmina Lodge serves delicious Southern cuisine. Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. Lunch is served 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Dinner is served from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. You will be welcome to call in take-out orders. We recommend that if you are planning to drive the Talimena Scenic Drive, you include lunch at the lodge.

Located about 1 hour from your cabin.  Can’t say for sure because we keep stopping at the overlooks to drool over the view.

These are both within an hour of your cabin.  We live here and shop a hour’s drive away every week.  Your cold things will be fine.
